This includes informing candidates that their resumes will be analyzed by AI, may be sent to third parties for processing, and may be shared with other employers to detect discrepancies.
• Compliance with Laws: Employers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when uploading and sharing candidate information, including data protection and privacy laws.
• Accuracy of Information: Employers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the resumes they upload. FakeCV is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided.

4. Use of Uploaded Resumes

Analysis by AI: Resumes uploaded to FakeCV will be analyzed using AI to identify discrepancies and potential fabrications. This analysis is intended to help employers verify the authenticity of candidate information.

Sharing with Other Employers: In cases where discrepancies are detected, different versions of a candidate's resume may be shown to other employers who have uploaded a resume for the same candidate. This sharing is intended to help prevent resume fraud and ensure the integrity of candidate information.

Processing by Third Parties: To enhance our resume verification process, we may send resumes to trusted third parties for additional processing and analysis. These third parties are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of the resumes and personal information.
